Your new phone must be completely deactivated from all other services, and must not be blacklisted on the Verizon network.. Programming instructions will be emailed to you after successful ESN change.

* Your phone's ESN/MEID can usually be found on the label under the battery. It is not the same as the pESN. It may be labeled as DEC or HEX. It can also be found in the phone info menu on your phone.
